In the tech world, user experience mainly focuses on how people interact with products. User experience is how a person, the user, feels about experiencing a product.

A product can be a good service or feature .It can be a physical product or technology products like an app or a website. For the user to have a good experience the product needs to be usable, equitable, enjoyable and useful.

1. Usable

User experience is about improving usability. The design, structure and purpose of the product should be clear to everyone.

2. Equitable

It is very important to think about every person using the product. People with visual impairment may need some features like sound to use in an app. Creating an equitable design is such an important thing considering the unique needs of people. Creating an equitable design is nothing but ensuring the design is useful and marketable to people with diverse abilities and backgrounds.

3. Enjoyable

Enjoyable designs will create a positive experience between the user and the product. We should create that positive connection by taking user’s thoughts and feelings into account when making products. Collect evidence to know how the user experiences the product real time and ask them about it.

4. Useful

Products should be useful to solve the problems of users. Eg: A map app to know how to get home is useful. But if the app can’t find the current location, it is not so useful.

Regardless of the industry in which they operate, businesses should be focused on good usability and design. When people like a product, they use that product a lot and will recommend it to their friends and thus more people will use that product. This results in a positive outlook and more business for the company.
